Property Key Holding Services

Key Holding Services - A secure keyholding service can be provided for only 30p per day, enabling us to supply prompt action on request. We will hold the keys of your Spanish property in a safe place and upon request make them available to visiting guests, owners or tradesmen. With our Key Holding Services we will hold the keys for your Spanish Property that we are responsible for and attend the property should an alarm, for whatever reason, be activated. A prompt response to alarm activations is a vital link in ensuring the security of your property in Spain. With our Secure Key Holding services in Spain, you are assured of a professional service giving you peace of mind in the knowledge that your property is totally secure. All our keys are catalogued and hung in locked boxed within a secure 'strongbox'.

What Our Key Holding Services Includes:

Annual Fee 150 €

Secure safe keeping of keys.

Weekly ventilation and security checks on unoccupied properties.
Storm Damage Reports
Unoccupied properties require regular maintenance checks.
To include the following:

• Air Con Heat Check
• Report as to damage caused by guests
• Dampness report (caused by internal/external faults)

The cleaning of external terraces, shutters and windows is important. Prices vary subject to size. As we are resident in Jávea we can attend to any problems with the utmost urgency. Monthly reports are available on request.

Meet & Greet

This includes meeting & greeting your guests upon their arrival, (this DOES include unsocial hours 10pm - 7am, charges apply ).
Directing them to their allotted car-parking space, essential in the interest of good neighbourly relations!
Demonstrating appliances.
Drop-off point for keys on departure.
